Information we collect

When you request a QRYVA pilot demonstration or submit tester feedback, we collect the contact and business information you provide. We also record privacy-friendly website activity including an anonymous session identifier, pages viewed, visit times, referral domain, approximate country and device category. We do not store your IP address in the visitor dashboard.

How we use it

We use this information to assess pilot suitability, prepare relevant demonstrations, contact applicants, understand which QRYVA pages are useful and improve the pilot experience. Anonymous activity is not used to identify you personally.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell pilot enquiry or visitor data. Access is restricted to people supporting the QRYVA pilot and service providers needed to operate the website. Information is retained only while reasonably needed for the pilot, analytics, follow-up and applicable record-keeping.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information submitted with your enquiry. Closing the browser tab ends the anonymous live session; a new anonymous identifier is created for a later session.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
